Derek refuses to dress up every year at Halloween, every so often flashing his eyes or bearing his teeth for the kids. But Stiles always goes WAY OVERBOARD: pirate with gigantic hat (“I’M JACK SPARROW, DEREK, THIS IS WHAT HIS HAT LOOKS LIKE IN THE FILM, IT’S A REPLICA”), Batman (“TREAT YOURSELF”), Stormtrooper (Stiles forces Allison to kiss the side of his helmet, leaving a sticky red lipstick mark for the rest of the night against the white plastic), etc. Derek endures it.
